We believe in sharing our expertise. All these resources are free.
We are in the process of making all of our student learning content open source in order to allow more schools to benefit from our programs. We invite you to visit this page over the following months to get access to new toolkits, slides and lesson plans that correspond to the different phases of the Program.
Get started with our three upGen foundations workshops
The upGen workshops immerse students in design and technology-enabled social innovation through the lens of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). This year's program curriculum was built in collaboration with leaders in healthcare, retail, cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence.
Discover how Design Thinking can help us come up with human-centric and meaningful solutions
Frame social challenges using the UN SDGs model
Empathise with and understand challenges experienced by other individuals in society
Apply Design Thinking to challenges in retail, healthcare and cybersecurity
Have an understanding of what AI is and how it manifests itself in our daily lives
Understand how to leverage technology for social good
Equip students with a repeatable formula for kick-starting their social innovations
The "Guide to Building the Future" is a tool that students use during our weekend-long upGen Bootcamp. The Guide is a condensed version the Bootcamp experience. It contains the steps that a young person needs to take in order to come up with an innovative idea and to share it with the world.
